Andrea Dadetto

Licensed Associate Counselor

Hi, I’m Andrea and I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor and I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported.

Many people I work with come to therapy feeling worn down from carrying a lot for a long time. Anxiety may feel constant, past experiences still influence the present, self-esteem feels fragile, or coping through substances has begun to feel unhelpful. Therapy is a space to pause, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and begin making sense of your experiences.

I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, substance use, and self-esteem concerns, offering a calm and steady environment where you can move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we focus on understanding emotional patterns, healing, strengthening self-trust, and building coping skills that support daily life in realistic ways.

My approach is warm, patient, and nonjudgmental. I prioritize listening closely, respecting your process, and helping you consider options that align with your needs and values. Sessions are shaped around what feels most helpful for you, with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

I also support clients navigating depression, autism, grief, chronic illness or pain, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work with preteens/teens (12+), adults, and older adults through secure telehealth, allowing clients to engage in therapy from wherever feels most comfortable.

Above all, I value connection and creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported as you move forward in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
