Meet the Author
I created this course from both professional passion and personal commitment. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Autism Specialist, I’ve spent years walking alongside neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Through my work, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be for parents and caregivers to find practical, affirming guidance, especially when the world often focuses on deficits instead of strengths. This self-paced guide was born from my deep belief that every caregiver deserves to feel confident, informed, and empowered and that autistic individuals deserve support that respects their identity and unique needs. I created this guide to bridge that gap.
Whether you’re parenting an autistic adolescent, adult, or just beginning to explore what autism means for your family, this guide is here to walk with you, not ahead of you. You don’t have to be perfect. You just need the right tools and compassionate support.
Let’s grow through this together.
— Julia
